This fantastic sugar is made from pure Cocoa nibs and sugar. This creation of mine is great to use in place of regular sugar when making chocolate chip cookies or any other item that you would like to have a great chocolate flavor added to. I've also been told that it is a great addition to coffee. Please note that all sugars are made with unprocessed sugar.
